it’s a passion!
Reign Forces LLC was established in 2020 on a mission to offer the wonders of private club cheerleading to all athletes interested. Coming from the recreational and public-school cheerleading world, all star cheerleading is an incredible and unique experience. The industry is constantly changing and truly challenges athletes to become the best version of themselves. Reign Forces LLC prides itself on its drive to connect with families, support them on this journey, and meet athletes at their current level. We tirelessly work to coach them to reach their short and long term goals. Located in Prospect, CT and a proud member of the Prospect Business Association (PBA) we are ready for Season 6. We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and your athlete(s)!

COACH chelsea maza
Owner | Head Coach (Elite Teams) | Program Director | Tumbling Coach | Choreographer
Experience: I have been in the coaching world since 2012. Originally an all star, varsity/high school, and Division I cheerleader. My coaching and connection to athletes once began through Recreational/Pop Warner/AYC, developing teams that qualified for National recognition. Following, I became the Head Coach of a High School Varsity Team winning the league championship twice! Now, I am the Owner and Programming Director of a growing Division 2 All Star Cheerleading program and have worked with over 250 athletes striving to reach their personal goals at Reign Forces. I continue to be connected to the recreational-side of cheerleading through judging.
Education: Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern CT State University. Master's Degree in Education from the University of Bridgeport. Bachelor's of Science - Honors majoring in Marketing, double-minor in Management and Communications from the University of Hartford.
Favorite Part of a Routine: Standing Tumbling
Why Reign Forces: This gym has become my second family. Words cannot describe the love I have for our families and athletes. I am blessed to be a part of this organization and I cannot wait to see how athletes and coaches alike continue to grow.

Why Reign Forces: I love being able to work with athletes one-on-one, cheering them on as they overcome challenges and seeing the confidence shine through when they realize what they’re capable of. Reign Forces truly feels like home—the bonds and friendships we’ve built here mean so much to me. Coaching gives me the chance to share my passion for cheer every day, and it’s an experience I treasure every moment I can.

Why Reign Forces: Reign Forces is a gym I am proud to coach for because it is a place that encourages athletes to be themselves. We know how to be serious and buckle down when needed, but we also have a lot of fun throughout the season that I wouldn't trade for the world.

Assistant Coach (Elite) | Tumbling Instructor
Experience: Previous Pop Warner/AYC coach with 5 years of experience in guiding, mentoring and developing young athletes. Served on the Pomperaug Football & Cheer board since 2018. Formerly the Pomperaug Youth Cheer Rec League President. Coaching at Reign Forces since 2024
Education: Bachelor's Degree from Post University, Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager.

Why Reign Forces: What started out as an opportunity to increase tumbling skills quickly turned into our forever home. Watching the athletes increase their skills, confidence and comradery between their teammates and coaches was amazing to witness. I am blessed to be a part of the Reign Family.

Why Reign Forces: Reign Forces is my home away from home. I have been with the program since it was founded. I have gained so many experiences and new skills! Once my "hardest skill" was a cartwheel, now I have my roundoff-back handspring-tuck and setting a goal to get my layout this year!
